Shipping

All packages are shipped with the best option possible, depending on the product, but usually via either UPS or USPS. The shipping time for these services is usually 1-5 business days for shipping within the US. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships, sometimes in split shipments depending on the order contents.

Original Works
- All original paintings are carefully wrapped, packaged, and shipped via UPS, rate includes insurance
- Shipping tracking information will be provided via email when your shipment is on its way to you. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipping, I try to ship out originals in the same week they are ordered.
Prints
- Open edition prints ship directly from my print shop partner - please allow 7-10 business days to ship, especially during the holiday season
- Prints are enclosed in a plastic sleeve and shipped flat in a sturdy envelope
- Packages are shipped via UPS Smart Post

Some products have a specific timeframe for production before they are ready to ship. Please reference the individual product listings for estimated production times to know when your order will ship.

Orders outside of US

I’m unable to take international orders at this time, but plan to in the future!

Returns/Exchanges

Since each order is made to order and handled with care and transparency, they are treated as final sale.

Please make sure to read each product description carefully. Colors and tones are represented as clearly and honestly as possible, but check multiple screens if concerned about color renderings.

If for whatever reason your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact me directly within 7 days of receiving your order and a replacement will be sent free of charge!

All rights to the artwork is owned by Lucinda Hamilton, including the right to make reproductions. The collector may not reproduce the artwork unless written permission from Lucinda Hamilton is provided.
